PROGRAM CANCELLATION

The Life Center reserves the right to cancel any activity, program or event based upon insufficient registration, supervision or facility condition.  Activities, programs or events will either be rescheduled or fees refunded. 
 

REFUND POLICY

 REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees are non-refundable, the only exceptions are:
  • Program cancellation by the organization due to insufficient registrations, supervision or facilities
  • Registrant withdrawal due to medical reasons.  A doctor's note will be required.  
RENTAL DEPOSIT FEE (Events, Only)
Rental Deposit fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable, the only exceptions are:
  • Cancellation of Event by Owner due to rental area unfit for occupancy
  • Cancellation of Event by Owner due to a national or local emergency 

INCLEMENT WEATHER

During periods of inclement weather, The Life Center and its programs will maintain normal operating hours unless directed otherwise by management.  Generally, if local schools in the Tri-County area are CLOSED due to weather; the center will also be CLOSED.  Parents that have children in any of our Youth-related programs will be notified, immediately.

The Information We Collect
All information collected or submitted to the Life Center for use by our online membership or program registration, consists of the following:
 
  •  Name (primary household member)
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Phone Number
  • Driver's License Number
  • Payment Method

The Way Information is Used

We use the information you provide about yourself or family members when registering for a camp, membership or program only to complete the registration.  This information is not shared with outside parties.   The information you provide to us about family contacts such as emergency contacts; is only shared with our program directors and instructors to facilitate the safety and security of you and your family.
 
Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
 
Protecting the privacy of the youth is especially important.  For that reason, we  require all registrations to be processed by an adult.

 CELL PHONES

The use and possession of cell phones by students/children participating in either the Summer Camp or Extended Day programs is prohibited.  Cell phones will be taken from students that have them in their possession.  Students that need to contact parents/guardians may do so by informing program staff and the staff will contact the parent/guardian.   

 CELL PHONE CAMERAS

Use of cell phone cameras is strictly prohibited in our restrooms.  Use of cell phone cameras in restrooms by students registered in any of our programs is an offense subject to termination of enrollment and contact of local authorities.  The use of cell phone cameras in restrooms by event patrons shall result in the loss of security deposit by the host (individual/organization/group) and the contact of local authorities.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation and support in helping us to protect the privacy, health and safety of our patrons.
